Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 60 seconds of placement. Because we dispatch orders almost immediately to fulfill our 12-minute delivery commitment, we cannot accept cancellations once our staff begins packing your order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible to request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged, expired, or spoiled.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is completely missing from your package.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please raise a support ticket via the App under the orders section within 2 hours of delivery. You may be requested to upload a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to help us process your request.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed instantly and credited to your original payment method or as Zoya Daily Fresh credits. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
